Mostly matches the tin text above, but with all the text on being waterproof, and even the ankle clips to keep it tighter below, why would they make use of open flap pocket slits on each side - these don't overlap more than 5mm to try cover up the slit, their opening is large and basically always open - not so waterproof hey - imagine wearing this sitting on something mobile as these buckets collect all the rain for you into your pants.
