Not bad for the price, but…

Hawaiian Sling Spear 1m
Spear received quickly as advertised, but could immediately see some quality issues:
- 3 prong head was wobbly and would unscrew itself constantly- solved with rubber ring and thread tape
- smooth barrel was very slippery- solved with a spiral of electrical tape along it
- barrel is hollow and open at each end which means it fills up with water immediately - solved with home made bungs and rubber ring/thread tape
- seems like a longer spear just with a section taken away, which means it isn’t really geared towards the smaller hands that might be using a 1m spear - so not really suitable for my 9 year old son, who I bought it for. Still, he likes having it, but it isn’t very functional for him.
Overall not bad for the price (paid $20), but I would not buy it again.

Bed thing since sliced bread, my 12 m Beneteau launch sits snugly in its Wellington birth in high winds no jerking, in wind changes the boat stops moving softly I sleep better and no noise from the lines best buy fully recommended for anyone wanting new mooring lines.

Fit well. Knew they weren’t steel toes but found there is minimal protection for the sole of your foot. You can feel rough or uneven surfaces thru them.

I love the features of the can cooler with the no tip feature since I am in a boat a good bit of the time. I like the quality of the materials and the craftsmanship of the cooler as it is well made and durable.
