Having had the Swazi Rifleman jacket for several years ( which is probably the best fold away jacket for space/water resistant money can buy) I thought it was time to upgrade. I wasnt disappointed. This material is significantly tougher than the rifleman and the quality is outstanding. This does mean it takes up a little more space in your backpack , however still very compact. Packable down to a small lunchbox size.Ive worn it twice now in heavy rain and coming from a big Harkila clothing fan, I think Swarzi is the number one when it comes to waterproof hunting clothing.I particularly like the length as it keep my legs and butt dry all the way down to around 8 inches above the knee. . Im 6ft 4 108 kg and the large fits me quite nice with a medium insulated jacket underneath. If I wanted heavier insulation Id probably have to go for an XL.In summary an outstanding pack away jacket that you wont be disappointed with.
