Was at a extreme surfcasting tournament at Mayfield when using my unique 'Reverse helicopter' casting method it went wrong and caused a serious deep laceration to my left index figure. I wrapped the finger with this Penn Hat and taped it up to slow the bleeding while helicopter arrived.

I am professional wildlife photographer and guide. I spend most of my time in the desert of the southwestern US. The camo pattern works great here. I love the long length of the jacket, which keeps my core warmer and i can access the side pockets while wearing a pack with a hip belt. The high collar is also great for keeping my neck warm and inside fleece/zipper doesn't snag on my wiskers. The only improvements I can suggest is more adjustments on the hood. While it is quick to adjust, I rather have a slightly complex system that can fine tune the tightened of the hood. As I am primarily a bird photographer, I could also do without the blaze orange zipper.
