The Everywear shoes are perfect for the beach, climbing over slippery rocks and protecting your feet from sharp corals and stony areas. They are very comfortable and perfect for clambering over slippery surfaces such as wet kayak and boat floors. They don't hold water or collect sand like most other shoes and are sturdy enough for hiking along beach trails. I couldn't be happier with my Sharkskin shoes that are a quality design and make surfside activities a pleasure.

i loved that they were so comfortable, not slipping about like a rubber sock , i could drive to my swimming hole , hop in splash about then simply shake dry and drive home , the shoes were sturdy , comfortable , and dried really quickly , i was delighted with them

These are the fourth pair of this style of shoe that I have had, but the first from Sharkskin.
Complaints about other similar shoes include too much sand ingress, or excessive water retention (squelch/squelch). With one pair, the insole fell apart so the shoes are now useless although they still look good!
I love the quality of these shoes and I feel comfortable swimming in them, and wearing them from home, to the car, to the beach to the water. I was recommended to buy them by a friend, and am now recommending them to others.
