Got rods, but 1 broke after 2 light uses. Wanted to speak to someone - no call back - onhold for 20 minutes each time. Was going to buy 2 more rods but called FULLON FISHING instead who answered the phone both times and can match Marine Deals prices. No brainer. Marine Deals (pay peanuts get monkeys). !!

I have no problem with delivery, as the items arrived quickly. The issue I have is that the items were not quite as advertised and, when I queried this online, they have taken 3 days so far without responding. If you are going to operate an online business, at least make sure your lines of electronic communication work properly.
