Always good service and friendly staff.

When buying the Combo Package at the Covi Show I was impressed with the knowledge and experience of Alex the salesmen which gave me confidence in dealing with MD. However it was later realised that the deal was charged at a higher than shown price. Also I was told MD would send out a spooled reel of 800mtrs braid. When I questioned the price to Alex early the following week plus a missing item from the parking slip of a Shimano Lure he got back to me with a disc voucher of $125 for the difference in price and no answer on the lure. The package offer was no longer on MD website so neither of us could prove either way. I said it was at least $250 and is probably $320. Not happy I accepted the voucher to move on. Next I got a reel and seperate supply of braid not spooled, so I had to courier it back to MD to be spooled. Then I asked for the spool records which he never got back to me on as it appeared that a lot of braid was left over and returned. Alex never replied. I then removed the braid which measured 489mtrs and established the braid supplied is too heavier grade to spool 800mtrs. So I contacted customer service and got a very professional result from the outsourced customer service and Tracey the service manager. I received a replacement appropriate braid. I should of contacted the GM from the start.

love dealing with Marine Deals, their advice is great , the service is second to none and the people are always friendly.

A great experience, I saw the deal in my weekly specials email and it arrived the next day, very happy with my purchase.
