Great product , excellent service.

Ordered an expensive combo and was sent the wrong reel size. There were no reels of the size I ordered in stock so had to wait 3 weeks to get the replacement. The correct reel was then sent but not spooled with braid as advertised. Very frustrating experience and the service has gone downhill bigtime after it used to be very good.

I ordered a Tuna rod and reel package. Great value. It unfortunately turned up to late for the trip but that was my fault as ordered way to late. The customer service was awesome and Marine deals is my favorite store for rods etc.

Bought a rod and reel combo, reel arrived nice and quick. Rod arrived after a few more days so it was going to make it in time for my fishing rip. Not only that, but it was the wrong rod so even though it was sorted in the end, it spoiled the party.
