Happy with what I purchased. Not happy with the follow-up. A part was missing, and it took over 3 weeks to get it. I followed up weekly. In the end I contacted your supplier who confirmed it was available and that you had rcvd the part over a week before. My next call produced the part a few days later. Probably would still be waiting without my calls. Someone should be checking order issues regularly to ensure they get finished! Next project is an electric toilet and all the bits for self containment.

Marine Deals is great to purchase from . Service very good and prices competitve Only 1 negative is that the couriers they use do not follow the instructions where to leave the parcel, because these instruction do not show up on the couriers scanner..

Only let down was toll delivery as they don't update order well and took an extra 3 days to arrive compared to nz post with the reels

We purchased an inflatable spa. When it arrived, parts were missing, and it was a major hassle trying to get them. When the parts finally arrived, we had use of the spa three times before it stopped working. It has again been a hassle trying to return it, expecting a full refund. It has been sitting in its box for several days now, waiting for the courier which Marine Deals said they were arranging to pick it up. Customer service is a joke!

I have used Marine deals on a fairly regular basis over the past 15 years since immigrating to New Zealand and have never found any of my purchases disappointing, both in quality and in delivery. The extremely quick delivery from placing on line purchase, track and trace, to door delivery has to be the best I have ever experienced. Long may it continue.
