I have found Rudee Lim to be arrogant and too self important to bother helping customers select rods and reels. I now do a lot of my rod and reel purchases from hunting and fishing.

Quick delivery and items were as described. One of the 2 identical snorkel sets I bought unfortunately leaked but marine deals promptly sent me a replacement set so their service is fantastic. Thanks đ

Items were just sent in plain bag without any protection. Consequently the 0.015 diameter lead wire has large dents and cuts in the spool rendering much of it unusable. Luckily the other two spools were largely undamaged.
