Took a broken rod for return. Although it was 6 months out of warranty it had only been used 3 times. I dont think the staff showed the rod to the manufacturer's for inspection. Will be buying where there is more customer help. incidentally my friends have changed to another outlet who match your prices. Very disappointed

Great service, even greater product. The weight and balance of this fin-nor 13ft rod coupled with my fin-nor megalite reel is fantastic. All I need now is some better summer weather to use it more often!
I can highly recommend this.

A loyal customer, However..Very disappointed with the latest purchase of my rocket launcher..I relied on the expertise of the staff to recommend the correct size even though I'd bought in the bimini top to match which I also purchased from them...I was given the wrong size and cannot return now...My hard earned money down the drain..waiting for some sort of compensation..
