They sent slightly the wrong variant of one item initially, but communication was great and the correct item got to me really quickly.

need to set up combined auctions, i would buy more products if I didnt have to pay shipping for multiple small items, I have ordered a few products from you guys, it always bites to pay 3 or 4 shipping costs for small items at once, Good service, but more expensive than other store when u factor in that they combine shipping

a lot of hassle and delays when trying to have a wrongly supplied item replaced. Very fast sending first item 1-2 days replacement after notification took over a week. still waiting to hear back from the manager about what the problem was and why the service was so poor regarding the replacement and handling of my case

Items were lost due to box damage but the situation was quickly remedied. My only issue was that there one item that had not been shipped initially and I was not notified at the time. It did arrive separately and at the same time as the replacements after I followed up. The follow up process and initial customer service with Gabrielle was easy and efficient.
