Great products and pricing! My only fault was that I ticked the box for a free Marine Deal Sticker...and didn't get one! But can't complain about not getting a free gift!! Cheers team

Unfortunately I received an item that was slightly damaged from general wear and tear, although the product still operated as it was supposed too. I informed Marine Deals with a description of the issue and photos. Marine Deals acted swiftly to rectify the issue and sent me out an undamaged brand new product and said I could still keep the original one also. The sent the new product via overnight postage. Communication via email was excellent, I new what was happening throughout all stages of the process. This has made me extremely satisfied as a customer and will happily purchase more products with confidence in the future.

While I received my purchase in good time, it is damaged (in manufacturing). I have sent an email asking as to what I should do about it. This query has been given to the appropriate 'department' and I've not heard anything since other than a generic email.
Normally, your service is very good.
