Shoe's !00% fabulous. prompt, professional, polite aka (ppp). everything went well. now this is good service. But it easy to be great when it goes well. Lets see how the team performed when there a return issue? 2nd purchase same product different size. ppp 100% but there was a problem. labelled us.11 shoe sole marked 10. which would be uk size 10. i rang 0800 explained an treated extremely well. asked to email photo of label attached with shoes and of the size on bottom of shoe, and replacement be sent out that day. all good. NOW i make things difficult. 1. i personally dont use internet on my cell phone. i do that on my pc. " it my decision and i know all the positive and neg for doing it my way. and it works out ok 95% 4 me" so pleas dont focus on it. 2. so i take a photo and cant blue tooth it to pc for emailing. I reach out explain this and ask for a company cell phone number and i'll text it. back to the team. very next morning courier drops in parcel. OMG i'm impressed. OPEN package pulled them out, OH NO same issue lol. STILL 100% IMPRESSED because they instantly sent replacements. but i hadnt gotten photo's to them so they could address issue. Personally i am a crap typist- it my fault. with pc only email its slow to get stuff done. typing my last efficient means of communicating. texting ok vocal better but face to face my strongest. so they send me a cell number i read i sent photo by text after office hours. 1st thing Monday email from team problem solved replacement on courtier and today Tuesday morning they arrive before noon perfect!!!!!!!!! plus paperwork for couriering back other shoes. CONCLUSION- the team at marine deals are some of the best i have had the pleasure to deal with. It reminded me of dealing with big U.S.A. company's i dealt with over the years. when things get difficult, they have people that find solutions for there customers because they realise 100% 5star reviews is great. but a handful of genuine disgruntled ex-customers can be very very costly to sales over time. FOR OVERALL PERFORMANCE. IF ALLOWED I'D AWARD A 6 STAR RATING

Good prices and fast freight

The table purchased was received and missing the faucet and drainage pipes. This was rectified promptly however these dranage parts did not fit with out some extra filing of the drainage hole in the table plus a brass bolt was not received. This has been rectified from own resources.
