Good products and communication, the only negative was a few weeks delay on one item (750g anchor) likely due to ordering over the festive season

The team made a blunder with my order but everything was put right in a short space of time. The only thing I would recommend would be more keeping the client a bit more informed as to what is going to happen when a problem does arise.

All I can say is that the standard has slipped considerably. It used to be that the salespeople knew what they were talking about, were attentive, and wanted to serve you.
My last two visits nobody could care less whether I was there or not and, no, it wasn't' because they were busy because they had plenty of time to talk amongst themselves and ignore customers.
I am less than impressed with Marine Deals.
I went in to purchase a new rod and reel but left and purchased it elsewhere. I was sad to do this because I had always dealt with Marine Deals but I chose to go somewhere that the salesperson actually wanted to engage with me. Sorry guys!
