Absolutely brilliant! From the very friendly & helpful lady on the phone who sorted out the one off issues I had with ordering online, through to the well packaged items - then the excellent info regarding my package while in transit so I could follow it to the door added up to being nothing short of exceptional! Having bought items online or via phone before, the staff at Marine Deals stand out as being the best all round - well done to everyone & I send my many thanks. Being my first purchase you have got me hooked, (excuse the pun), & am looking forward to trading again. Regards to all - Simon - one very happy customer!

Product is of good quality, value, and delivery was prompt. However, after asking for plastic free (or at least minimal packaging), I was fairly appalled when the item arrived plastered in multiple layers of shrink wrap. Considering the item was not fragile, did not need to be sterile, and the amount of plastic in the world's ocean's, it is a bit depressing to see a marine supplies company not take steps to minimize the issue.

Very impressed with the speed of the dispatch of products, highly recommend, and I love that marine deals prices are better than most of the other stores out there. My go to for fishing gear!
