As per normal purchasing was fine. However, returning a product did not go very well. The product- a rod on sale - although new, was clearly old stock. It had already had a hard life, the rod bag was worn through at a number of the guides. On first use it failed, but that is why there is a warranty and replacement process. Unfortunately, it took well over a month with very little communication. A number of times I had to ask for feedback. I also took offence to accusatory descriptions of my product handling. I asked for communication around this and did not receive any clarification. Instead my product just appeared back - fixed! - which I guess is why they get a star. I have yet to use the product again for fear of going through this process again. This product should have been consumed by marine deals out of good faith.
