It was a bit annoying trying to find clothing items that I wanted to buy after seeing them on the website & subsequently deciding to visit the shop & purchase in person. The clothing racks were a bit hard to "navigate" by this I mean trying to find what I infact wanted to purchase - in the end I got assistance from a staff member & he told me that most of what I wanted was not on display in the "shop side" of the business but in the "warehouse side" as apparently most of your business is web sales I got informed.
I made a "reasonably sized" clothing purchase BUT had to come back the next day & complete the purchase as it was closing time on a Sunday before the staff member & myself amassed my various items for purchase... The salesperson on the till was most pleasant actually - the young gentleman.... A very pleasant interaction was had with him in fact. This was my first purchase from Marine Deals & my first visit to the shop. Admittedly it was a wee bit busy on the Sunday that I visited - as could be retired from my membership details I'd imagine.... All in all a "pleasant enough" experience & I'm happy with my purchases - clothing has been worn & I'd of suitable quality for the price - at the "on special" prices admittedly. I would definitely not have purchased the items at their full prices though as a feedback for you guys. The original prices I felt were too expensive for the quality of the clothing items that I bought.
The tent - a Roman Cradle 1P - I bought - I have not as yet not opened it nor erected it to see it's quality - it seemed like a good buy at the promotional price... As a new customer - yes I'll definitely be returning to purchase more in the future.
I very much liked the various products on display for purchase.
I live in Manurewa so it is a bit of a "trek" to the shop - I know I could buy on line BUT I like to see product with my own eyes before deciding if it is of suitable quality for the asking price...
So it was a bit annoying having to travel out West for the recent transaction/purchase I made... I would rate you guys as 7-8 out of ten.... Nice pleasant staff are a wonderful asset to a business as they instagate happy customers of whom are happy to buy stuff!

Lovingvthe rigmate. Fast service thankyou
