Recently I purchased a very expensive fish finder. The screen stopped working after around the 6th time using it. After ringing up and trying to sort it I was mucked around and found myself chasing them up everyday. I was told they were waiting for the supplier to get in contact with them. I ended up ringing the supplier myself and got it sorted within 5 minutes that it could be sent back to them. I then had to send it to marine deals for them to send it back to the supplier. It should have just gone straight to the supplier and saved the extra time. It was a $2800 purchase. Iāve now been without a finder on my boat for 2 weeks and counting which I donāt think is very good. Thereās been no follow up with them sending the item back to the supplier and itās been 3 days. Not very impressed with the service of warranty claims. Especially being peak game fishing season and Iām stuck unable to go out without a fish finder
