I received a different shoe than what I ordered, and it was in a different size than what I had ordered and also size did not match the size on the box. Also, the left shoe is much smaller than the right, so the item is also defective.

Sneakers arrived promptly, but looking scuffed up, as if it had been a return. I called them and sent photos of the scuffed up parts of the shoes. They said they looked at other Taos shoes they had in stock and they all looked like that. I called Taos directly, and they said they should not look like that. They would take the return, but would not pay for return shipping. Not worth the trouble.
