Very fast service. It was commented that you must have chartered a 777 to get the order to New Zealand in one week.
It looks to be a well designed, easy to use, sensible product.
Our only comment is it would be nice to have a second hole on the opposite side to the airlock with a cork. This could be used for a carbon dioxide purge to remove all oxygen from above the ferment. However we are doing small scale commercial trials and so we are more meticulous than the average fermenter.
