This was an excellent experience. Although there was an issue with USPS, MJL responded to my inquiry within hours of sending the email. Additionally, the pumps and lids I ordered were exactly what I thought they were from the descriptions on their webpage. High quality pumps made from real stainless, which don't stick. Only time will tell how durable, but they are off to a good start.

Love all of my mason jar accessories I got! The cocktail shaker top I got is far superior to that of the ones that actually came with our mason jar shakers (they leak all over). The pretty gold one we got didn't drip or leak at all. We will definitely be back to buy more!

All items came as ordered and I'm happy with them all. Canadians beware though. I paid an awful lot more at the border and the items are not nearly as affordable as I had expected. I likely will not order again due to that, sadly.

Wasn't expecting to get three (or was it four?) packs of four straws each! I thought I was just buying three (or four) straws individually! I also bought one of the cleaning brushes, but each pack came with their own, so I have a lot more straws and brushes than I expected, but that's ok, because I love them and will gift them if I don't find I need them all for my husband and myself! I got them because I drink a greens smoothie with apple cider vinegar out of my regular size NutriBullet cups every day and wanted to bypass my teeth a little more. I was debating between the short and medium straws, ended up buying the medium length, and they work perfectly for the regular NutriBullet cups--a good all-purpose size, I think.
