But the foam soap pump doesn't work well. Hard to pump and very little comes out. Might be user error. Any suggestions

Hi Sandy,
I'm sorry the foaming soap pump isn't working well for you. We use a foaming soap pump in our office bathroom, and it does take about 4 pumps to get a good amount of soap to wash your hands. If it is taking you more, adding more water to your soap mix might help. If you aren't happy with the pump, contact us for a replacement with a liquid pump or a refund.
