Seems reasonably well made for its intended purpose. Not for long term wear and tear. After 7-10 days of use my inhaled volume has increased from 2250 to 2750-3000. I have myotonic muscular dystrophy. I didn't know if I could improve the strength of my diaphragm as it is a muscle. After 20 some years (and various ways) I have simply given up trying to strengthen skeletal muscles; other than to walk around a bit in the house with a walker.

These are as good as the full priced ones but the expiry date is just a little shorter than the full priced strips (which can cost more than $1/each). These are 20 cents each - and if you use them every day, saving 80 cents a day per strip can really add up! Thanks medical mega! Keep up the great work! PS We buy a year's worth when they have their free shipping incentives as well - so you can save on shipping too! PPS I used to work for the company (Bayer) that made these and they are the same - just the expiry date is a year away instead of 2 or 3 years.
