Web site easy to navigate. Prices on product I was ordering were reasonable. Payment system worked fine. Tracking info was a big plus and did not wait long for merchandise.

MedicalMega,
My experience went from one star to five stars solely because of the actions of your manager Joel. He took a very bad experience with inept staff and turned it into a winning situation. I was going to write of this company and never deal with them again, but now, because of the caring excellence of the manager, Joel, I will be a returning customer.

You did fine, but the dumb Fed Ex guy could not figure out how to get into the front apartment house door, so I had to drive to the next Fed Ex shop to pick my package up.
