Wrong item was sent. I asked the person taking the orders if the order was a pump and she said yes. It was not a pump but the door to the kangaroo pump. People were friendly and caring. Waiting for refund.

Place an order online. Seemed smooth, emailed a order conformation and paypal sent a receipt. Then crickets, no shipping conformation. Tried to logon, no luck. Finally login in and it said no order. 9 Days later I called and finally talked to someone. All they said was 'lost in transit asked for the tracking number and she said she'd email it to me. 23 hours later and nothing but this syrvey.
