This is a great service, very fast delivery and when I had ordered multiple items there was sticky labels on top of the box so I knew which was which and didn't have to open them. On one of the picture cards there was a very small scratch so I got in contact. Dicky was extremely friendly and polite and offered to send a new card with no hesitation, completely free of charge! And it arrived the next day. Fantastic service and would recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately, you provided an incorrect shipping address. We shipped the order to the address provided successfully. We had no way of knowing that the address you gave was incorrect and cannot be held responsible for this issue.
Whenever we make a mistake with an order, we will do our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
When we are not at fault, it is not fair to expect us to shoulder the cost.
