Excellent

Product had several flaws which considering the cost, was not acceptable. I would have returned this product had it not been for the inconvenience of the online ordering and return process.

My hair is less tangled and softer. My husband has noticed his skin is softer after the shower as well. We are very happy with the filter and would recommend it to friends and family.

Works well

Excellent product and service

Great product, easy to install and replace the cartridge.

Great shower head & feels much nicer than previous shower head. We were told to use a flitered shower head regarding our thinning hair but it feels great too & the instruction installation video on website made it easy (& I’m not that handy either) Glad I purchased. Thanks

When drinking filtered water, it seems like the norm. But when I drink tap water from somewhere I go out, I instantly taste how awful it is. I swear by these filters. They work wonders

Very good shower head

The water filters make the water drinkable 👍

excellent!

Good people to deal with.

Brilliant

Great, exactly what I was after.

This inline filter is working very well, my fridge requires an external filter so its attached to the wall and it services the drinking water and the ice making machine. Very Happy.

We absolutely love the taste of our water from our new filter. The filter itself is made beautifully and is a lovely addition to our kitchen. No hesitation in recommending this filter to people. It was simple to put together as well.

Great product. Expensive, and with ongoing significant annual expense.
Poorly informed by consultant, who failed to fully ascertain : type of water I was collecting( rainwater), storage tank type(poly), type of piping(copper), what my expectations were for the water( clean, potable, with chlorine and flouride not necessary to be removed).
Also failed to mention filters require annual replacement at cost of $336.99.
Rainwater is acidic and when stored in poly tanks remains so. It erodes copper pipes to point of holing, and is not at all ideal for health of people and animals. Blue stains in sink = copper pipe erosion.
I now have to FURTHER improve the water by trying to pH balance it, or face pipe erosion and potentially ill health.
I am not prepared to pay $900, plus installation cost, for the additional filter the customer service person recommends.
In summary, the product is great but customer service suggested the wrong system. It does not meet my requirements.
We had tanks cleaned and filled with town water which I am flushing throughout house pipes because it has chlorine to kill exising bacteria in pipes, and is pH neutral, so my copper pipes will be ok.
I had to remove the Aragon filter temporarily because I WANT the chlorine.

I purchased this shower filter because my eyes always were red from the chlorine fumes after showering. Problem fixed with this filter.
