Super east to setup and the water filtration is amazing. This is a very high quality product. The first couple days the water tasted different to normal to what we drink but now, we cant drink anything else.

Excellent product, however this filter was received cracked due to insufficient padding in packaging.

Replacement Cartridge Pack for ULTRAPURE 10" Twin Benchtop/Under Sink Water Filter with Fluoride Reduction
Excellent product, however I'm disappointed with the warehouse, as not enough care was taken with the packaging of the filters. Sufficient padding/bubble wrap needs to be used on all customer orders to prevent damage to filters which occured in my case.

Phoenix Stainless Steel Gravity Water Filter
With the Berkey so hard to buy lately I opted for the Phoenix. Upgraded to the stainless steel tap, the handle is plastic and very flimsy so disappointed there. Unfortunately the filters do not take fluoride from the water so I ordered two Berkey filters that do and was told they were not available, disappointed there also. Delivery was fast and Mark is great to deal with.

Chrome Shower Filter
I don’t feel like I’ve been in a public swimming pool after a shower anymore. I noticed the shower also doesn’t seem to get as dirty which was unexpected. It has reduced my pressure quite a bit though and I am worried I will not be able to use it in winter due to lack of hot flow.
