Very happy with our water filter, the company has been great to deal with, no hassles and everything was explained so easily for setup.
Thank you

Amazing can not wait to purchase more!!!

The shower filter has definitely made a difference to the texture of my skin. It has notchanged the water pressure. I will order another for my second shower. Thank you for supplying and quickly delivering a great product!

Great filter. Thanks!

Easy to order and does a great job !!

Love this product.

Love the product we bought "filteroo" i find it very easy to change the filter, we receive good service from the company, i appreciate the reminder to order a new filter etc. Thank you.

The water pressure is excellent and the water beautiful and clean inside and outside of my home. I have peace of mind knowing that my water supply is clean to use out of any tap. Once installed it is easy to change the cartridges. I am very happy with this choice of product. I also installed a home edge kinetic water energiser to compliment my whole house water filter system.

Easy to install. Pretty quick shipping. Love it !

Quick and fast postage thankyou

Easy to install and works great. No more chlorine smell in the shower!

Fantastic my family love the taste of the water (better than bottled water) very happy with purchase easy to install just perfect Cheers Mick.

This unit is great, the difference in the taste in water was obvious immediately. My son calls it the ‘clean water’.
The various sizes of adaptors is really useful and made it easy to install.
I’m very happy with this purchase

Absolutely love my grander board and I am feeling better internally for drinking my structured water.
Service is impeccable, instructions great and knowing that I have this forever when looked after is reassuring. Best investment for my health I’ve made in a long time.

While I now have a water filter that delivers clean and filtered water, it has taken a long time to resolve all of the problems: First one of the filters had a damaged O ring (in a filter that did not need to be unscrewed or tampered with). A week later I received a replacement part which was not what I asked for. A week after that, I received the correct O ring and had it installed, only to find that it did not properly fit and was causing a slow leak. A few days later (and yet another costly visit from my plumber) the leak was fixed by his application of plumbers tape to the threads of the filter. A few days later, I discovered yet another leak - this time from the elbow junction that connected the tank. Another plumber visit and more tape applied to the threads on the bottle resolved this. Yet ANOTHER slow leak, this time from the Alkaliser filter unit (another unit that supposedly needed no tampering/unscrewing for installation). Another plumber visit discovered that the O ring in that was not seated correctly - was fixed by reseating the ring and applying more tape on the threads for good measure.
So, after about a month after receiving the unit and having it installed, it is working with (so far) no leaks. I would honestly say that such a system should be checked in so far as to test for leaks around each of the filter elements before it is shipped to the customer. While I'm sure that, in the long run, I will be able to forget about these teething issues, but it has coloured my opinion of the unit and I would seriously have to consider if I would recommend this to a friend. Sorry if this sounds like a downer, but perhaps some better quality control needs to be considered to ensure other customers don't suffer the same sort of experience.

This water filter is amazing! I was very concerned about my tap water coming with a lot of chlorine smell and my water now is free of it. I strongly recommend this filter and is so easy to install.

I am very happy with my new filter
Great tasting water easy to use
Highly recommend

I love it !!!!!!! I tried so many things, since expensive shampoos to medication to heal the dandruff. Just this filter has significantly reduce the dandruff.

Not sure how much of a difference it makes, perhaps it’s more placebo but I’m not taking it off so I guess I like it

Its a great product, I love the taste of the water and the set up was easy, thank you. I give you 5 stars for the service and the product and delivery was so quick from ordering.
