Super quick delivery. Easy instruction via video which helped a lot. Beautiful filter. Slight imperfections but adds to the character of handmade products. Very well made and all fits perfectly together. We love our filter. It looks beautiful on the bench and gives me beautiful water on tap.

Black Berkey Elements
Hi
when I first installed the filters they did not work very well until I primed them. Now a week later the filters stop filtering about three quarters down the top tank. I will clean them and retry.
