Hi, guys
I have a R/O filter that was made in the U.S.
I use to buy my cartridges elsewhere, one day I came across My Water Filter website I decided to give them ago. My American brand was going up in price and why! They were being now made in China!
Does not make sense to me I was no longer getting what I was paying for.
Because I sell live Aquarium fish I needed good quality.
So as my cartridges got old I got them through My Water Filter and I have found them to be just as good as my old brand that was made in U.S. if not better.
I know the ones I get are made in Thailand (where Honda cars are made) and they are great quality, yes I checked this out before buying I always research.
Being an Aussie company you help our Great Country out and others in need of clean drinking water. You also get a good quality product at a good price. It's a win win and a no brainer.
Recently I had an orderin and I ordered r/O tool to change carts. As only one listed ( I should have called) but got a phone call to say wrong one but there was a cart. Tool but not listed ( is now) and got this sent. Awesome Ben thanks for the great service.
I fully recommend My Water Filter.

High quality filter that does what it is supposed to.

Excellent product & service supply was fast. Will definitely be a returning customer

My product was installed by a professional plumber, who found the job reasonably straightforward. There were one or two questions we had to pose to the call center, which was competent in addressing our uncertainties. The filter system has been running trouble free for a couple of weeks now. The water tastes clean and fresh, but we have not yet tested that all impurities have been removed. So far, the product appears excellent considering price, delivery, service and performance.

Hi there, I’d like to know if some of you could fix it to me please.. I haven’t used yet. Looking forward to use but I can’t fix it by myself.

Love this product. Very happy with our filtered water. It is now a member of our family!

Terrific service, reasonable priced products & quality for money to have beautiful, clean water. Love that My Water Filter takes care of others less fortunate. Thanks very much.

Is a great shower, love the massage setting and the soft water has given me my curls back. Only problem was the elbow I added on to the purchase didn’t solve the angle problem in my small cubicle shower. It didn’t work because my shower is too low, so a builder friend fixed it by buying a Bunnings $25 basic shower set because it had a ball swivel attachment he used to rest the shower hose in, which solved the height angle problem.

Fast postage. Filters work extremely well
