It's still early days but so far so good. I'm pretty sure the hot water heater is rusted so I got the filter to filter that rust that's sporadically coming out from the hot water pipe to the shower.
I haven't checked the filter yet but will do so when the hot water heater gets changed, which I'm hoping will be soon.
I will say though that the water smells nice coming out of the shower!

I was very impressed by My Water Filters' website. It is well laid out and very informative. We had recently relocated from the country where we had enjoyed lovely soft tank water for the last fifty years and although our move to the big city has be great in most ways we just couldn't get used to the change in the water or the difference it made to our laundry, cooking & showering and to the life of my cut herbs in the kitchen. So I came across My Water Filter and then upon the Limetron water descaler/softener and had an online chat to a consultant who was very helpful and decided to order. I made my purchase on a Friday and had a call from a My Water Filter staff member on Sunday to ensure that I had ordered the correct item and then it arrived here from clear across the continent on Thursday. I could not have been happier with any aspect of our transaction. We had a plumber install the Limetron during the following week and the immediate difference I noticed was the scale build up lifted from the base of my kettle and the water/limescale deposits/staining stopped in the toilet bowl and my laundry has returned to being bright and fresh. I am also very happy with the ethics of the company and I am so pleased that my purchase has given clean water to somebody else. I am pleased to take this opportunity to recommend My Water Filter to anyone with a water issue to be solved.

Speedy delivery...fantastic service!

Great service easy to set up
Very happy with the product

The filter has made a difference to my entire family. Our water doesn’t smell anymore and the girls say their hair and skin feel amazing. A wonderful healthy product to have.

Need to supply the correct nipples that will seal in the filter housing to help with the installation.

The system is working great.

I am extremely happy with my water filter; it arrived on time, was easy to install, and the water tastes great. Thank you!

I received my cap and installed it good quality and fitted perfectly, they made sure I got the right part by asking for photos and sizes great service.👍

Love it. I have a benchtop as I am renting and installation was worry free because you even provided the attachment for the tap. I was really impressed as I thought I had to hunt around at a hardware store. Beautiful clean water out of the tap straight into my cooking.

Great water filter tap. Feels sturdy and much better then the leaky one I had before. I was also impressed by the great customer service and shipping time the shop has offered. thank you.

Good service, quick delivery and the right filters. Simple easy business.

This is absolutely a stunning product. Struggling really hard with my hairfall and dry skin from last two months and this shower filter does a fantastic job and my hairs are not falling anymore and skin is smoother too.I am loving this filter.

This filter does a great job at what it says it does! It’s very simple to set up and to clean, and just as easy to replace. My water is so much cleaner now and I can really notice the difference in the taste. I have recently purchased a replacement filter and I will back to purchase another in the future.

Love the filters and the water tastes clean and fresh. I needed some advice before my purchase this time and the customer service was fantastic.

These filters are very efficient. You can definitely taste the difference. It is so wonderful to know that so many harmful substances are being filtered out. They last a long time and are thoroughly recommended.
