Thank you, great product, quick delivery

The Vitamin C Shower Filter has fixed all the skin, scalp & hair problems that I had been experiencing after moving house in early January of this year.
In only 2 weeks after moving my normally voluminous hair was flat & would no longer hold it’s shape after I used my curling wand.
After a month I had broken out in psoriasis on the the back of my neck & had some dry scaly patches my arms.
I changed my body moisturiser but this didn’t help & the problems only got worse as time went on.
Next came a rash on my face that was mainly around my hairline & on my eyes & my scalp was dry & flakey.
By this stage I started to suspect that the water in my house was the problem so I started showering only once a day instead of my usual twice daily. I also started washing my face with Thermal Spring Water from a can which was inconvenient to do but did seem to help temporarily.
Soon though I developed a terrible rash on my décolletage & that was when I realised that all my problems was where the water from my shower was directly hitting me on my skin.
I stated researching on the internet and My Water Filter kept coming up.
I read lots of reviews of products but was unsure what would actually help me & stupidly I hesitated buying anything for a few weeks - all the while my skin & hair problems getting worse.
Finally after some advice from a friend who’s Father is a plumber, I started looking into water filters & decided to purchase this particular Vitamin C Shower Filter as I am a renter & don’t want to spend money on a whole house type of filter when I may move in the future.
The videos on what the product was & how to install gave me the confidence that I could do it myself at home & not have to pay for anyone to install which was a motivating factor for me because at the moment like many Australians, my work is completely on hold due to the coronavirus.
I ordered online at 4pm on Sunday 19th of April & my filter arrived by 1pm Tuesday 21st of April, which is astonishing considering shipping of EVERYTHING has been delayed for weeks now due to the pandemic.
It only took 5 mins for me to install & the main reason I bought this particular product was because not only was it affordable but because the plumbers tape was also included in the box so besides having to borrow a wrench from my next door neighbour (following all social distance protocols!) I didn’t have to buy anything else, just to install it.
After the very first shower I could tell I had made the right decision.
My skin was instantly soothed & softer & my scalp literally stopped itching that very first night.
In 1 week the rash on my eyes & hairline had disappeared.
In 2 weeks my scalp and hair were back to normal.
In 3 weeks the rash on my chest has completely cleared up.
I cannot recommend this product more highly & I will be forever grateful for the incredible (& speedy) service from My Water Filter.
This Vitamin C Shower Filter has literally saved my skin so THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart & if you have any kind of skin problems due to harsh water, don’t hesitate & suffer like I did. Buy a water filter NOW. You won’t be sorry.

Fantastic our hair and skin is so much softer and manageable, will recommend to family and friends thank you great delivery time and packaged well

It does what it promises and it lasts. very happy with the purchase.

Very pleased with this company! Amazing service, product came very very quickly and works fantastically! Easy to install also! Thanks so much My Water Filter!

I'm Very Happy with My 'Stefani 12litre Ceramic Water Purifier/Filter, the water quality in my Townhouse in which I live is bad & it tasted awful & I've wanted to purchase a Water Purifier/Filter for many years for health reason's & so myself & my children & any guest's that come here have much better quality water that taste's so much better. The difference in taste & colour is Amazing & I'm so happy to use it. There's just a small mark on the front bottom & the 't' in the stamped name on the front isn't printed properly but those are just from before glazing I would say & hardly noticeable. The product itself work's Terrific & when I can afford to will be purchasing two other different type's of filter's also. Kind Regards Carre

Great purchase. Slim line, great colour fits on bench well. Water tastes fantastic

We love it! It took a couple of days for the earthy taste to filter through bit after that it’s been amazing, the taste is great because there is none, no chlorine etc at all & the best part is that my three girls can use it easily & are drinking more water because of it!! Thank you, Nikki :)

Simply outstanding! Great service, communication, price and delivery process.
Many thanks Gerry

Absolutely awesome would be the way I would describe the whole experience in dealing with My Water Filter. I would recommend them to all my friends and family and we will be purchasing from them again.

My wife and two girls all have very long hair. Having moved to Adelaide, I have had non-stop earache with them complaining about the hard water and their lustreless hair. It is now only the second week into using the Ecosoft Hard Water Shower conditioner and I have already earned 3 brownie points. Big thank You. Fantastic.

Works great

Expensive but made a world off difference too the water..

Very impressed with this water filter. Did lots of research and decided to go with the coconut carbon as better for the environment. Great price especially when you purchase a twin pack. Will definitely be buying more in the future.
