ULTRAPURE Coldstream 0.5 Micron 10" Ceramic Twin Under Sink Water Filter System with Sediment Protection
What I like about My Water Filter is their customer service. I bought my last lot of filters from them at a reasonable price. And I didn't want to pay a man to come and install the filters. So My Water Filter sent me instructions on what to do . Plus a plastic tool which grips the cylinder and helps to unscrew it. So looking at it all, I thought I don't need the instructions , I will just do it without. But I forgot to turn on a certain tap, and my efforts were unsuccessful. My handyman called My Water Filter, and they explained instructions on the phone and it minutes the water was flowing. So I have found them only too ready to be of help. And by the way, its not that hard to change cartridges -- just a few steps to be done in order. I feel this company really cares about Customer Service.
