Nice taste

Bought a bench top filter unit for my daughter and a replacement filter for my bench top have tried various cheaper filters but these ARAGON ones are by far the best on the market more expensive than others but far superior water tastes great.

Our kitchen spigot has one of those fancy narrow spouts and we couldn't get a small to standard size adaptor - they just don't exist - so we had to set up the filter in our laundry room and we have to lug jugs of drinking water into the kitchen

I have been using my Aroma Sense Q Vitamin C shower filter and have noticed the difference. It has a beautiful aroma plus my hair is healthier and my skin is glowing. Very easy to install 🥰

Just installed today, long wait for a plumber, look8ng forward to better tasting water again

My shower water no longer smells like chlorine, very happy with my purchase

Great filters easy to fit and great service.

The filter arrived promptly and was as described. Good service, good value.

My water smells kind of funky so I got the filter hoping it would help. I found out the smell is being caused by dead frogs stuck in the tank. I don't think the filter is designed to filter out death so hard to determine if it's working, it didn't really help with smell but who's to say it isn't filtering out chlorine. Shipping was really fast too :)

excellent

good service, good product

Purchasing and delivery was easy and as expected. The products received were in great packaging and of quality.
The shower smells wonderful. We have only just started to using therefore haven’t really noticed changes. Once I do, will write another review. Thanks

The time had come where I had to replace my whole home big blue water filters as I had not changed them in about two years. I decided not to get filters from the company that installed my filter setup for the reason that they do not give you the option to choose your own filters. They also don't display individual filter prices and don't provide close up photos of all their filters. This led me to believe that they don't want their customers looking elsewhere and figuring out that they can install other branded products instead. So I searched for a long time on Google and that's when I came across My Water Filter (MWF), among many other stores. I found that MWF offers many various filter products at a very reasonable and good price. What also stood out for me were the many videos of what I assume to be the owner? The videos made me feel like the company and owner cares about me as a customer and is passionate about the products. How many other business owners could you wholeheartedly say that they care about you and your health aswell, not just care about your money. MWF certainly made me feel that they cared. I'd also like to thank the owner for the time and effort taken in explaning the diffences between filter types and explaining how to replace old filters. That really helped. So apart from the excellent quality service, the quality of the products are second to none. My water pressure had dramatically improved aswell as the taste after changing my filters. My order was dispatched very quickly and packaged very well. I would definitely be a returning customer. I just hope that MWF can stock even more filter brands or types increasing their offerings as it would make it a one stop shop for filters. I'd say their is a big gap in the market for finding all sort of undersink quick-change filters with various fittings. It seems like each brand uses a proprietary quick-change fitting which makes it hard to change brands. But if MWF could offer its own filter with various fittings and various filter media, then that for me is a winning recipe for success.

My only other suggestion is to provide more education on which filter type configurations are best for which situation, and which configuration of micron ratings work best in a whole home triple filter setup and why, as I didn't have that knowledge handy which made filter selection rather difficult and stressful as there are just so many options available to choose from.

I can't stand tap water and have drank bottles water for a very long time now. This has been a game changer for before/after work when i'am home. This is all I drink! It's a must have!

The taste, smell and feel of the water is amazing! I definitely notice my hair and skin feeling softer, smoother and healthier.

Excellent product and great service! These filters are fantastic, my water tastes lovely and clean now, thank you!!
