The cover was a perfect fit. The website directions for ordering and entering the correct dimensions were pretty easy. Although I expected the cover to take 6 to 8 weeks to be manufactured and delivered, it arrived in less than half that time. Very happy!

Also like that it is sloped instead of flat so water runs off, much better than the cover that came with the spa & the color perfectly matches the exterior cover of the hot tub.

Great quality. Material is lightweight and fits real well. Unfortunately one of the clips were broken when I installed. Since the straps are sewn on, no way to replace it. :(. Otherwise, great!

I contacted the company because I never received the keys or mounting screws for the cover clips. I was told that they would be back in touch, however I have still not heard anything. The cover itself is great and fits really well. The customer service however leaves something to be desired.
