The cover arrived in great shape, the shipping company did a fantastic job with communication and delivery. The packaging was excellent, more than adequate to protect the cover. It took a long time to ship, but considering all the problems with COVID-19 right now, this is understandable. The cover appears to be well made, fits perfectly, and the color was exactly as expected. Included are new brackets for the security straps, as well as keys/locks to help child-proof the spa, which was a welcome discovery. I really appreciate the attention to detail in this regard. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend MySpaCover to anyone looking for a new, custom made spa cover.

Beautiful cover, looks great, very happy with the cost especially compared to local vendors. Would have given 5 stars except the communication between the vendor and myself was very slow. Took longer than they predicted to receive the cover. Other than that I would highly recommend and would order again should I need another cover.
