I find your website difficult to understand. I gave me only the option of paying by PayPal and I had to to write for help. Then when this email arrived It would not let me fill in my review and the writing giving another option was far too small. As I have been ordering Stevia for a long time, I can't understand why it was so difficult this time. Your website could do with some TLC from an expert, I think. Or a phone number would be even more helpful. Not everyone over 70 or 80 has access to a computer, so they are ignored. The computer age has many disadvantages! If there was an option less than one star I would have chosen it. I haven’t tried the products yet, however the ordering and delivery process were very tiring and the experience was very poor. I had to pay an additional fee for the delivery that I shouldn’t have paid as the information on the website was not accurate and non reflective of the actual price, and there was a long avoidable delay.
I received the goods about one month after placing the order. They were gifts for a certain occasion and by the time the goods arrived the occasion had passed.
