I have ordered 2 bottles of stevia liquid. One Pure flavour and one Vanilla.
I received the vanilla flavoured one but instead of the pure one , chocolate flavour was delivered. I contacted the seller saying that I can't use the chocolate as i am on a very restricted diet due to health reasons and although their website says that they will respond within 24 hours, I never heard back from them. Will never buy from their site again.

very bad. i ordered two items and only one was delivered and i had to send about 3 emails before i got a response next working day and all i got was a lame sorry about that. no good explanation whatsoever. the only good thing is i got my order 2 days later still with no explanation. so if i had not emsiled them they wouldn't have known my order was missing. oh well.....whatever. i will still buy from them again though as their product isn't that bad just the service
