Well I ordered a 4 color 1 station press and it came when they said it would took forever to ship. When the press got delivered I opened it and started to assemble it. When I was gonna put the clamps on I couldn't because they didn't send all the stuff needed to attach the clamps. I emailed called and they responded pretty quick. I sent the pictures they wanted. It took about 4 days for them to send out the stuff I needed. I was hoping to get an order printed instead I lost money. It was a major inconvenience and they probably won't send me anything to keep me coming back.
