I purchased a large vaccum compression bag from Nomatic. The second day of my trip (my first time using the product), the zipper/ziploc portion completely tore away from the rest of the bag, rendering it useless. I submitted a warranty request yesterday, and haven't heard back yet. I'm hopeful that the company will replace or refund the bag, however if it is replaced I really hope that my experience was a fluke and that the materials are usually of good, durable quality.

I was underwhelmed by the product, which would have been fine, but I lost $20 in "return fees" sending it back. In a world where most shopping is done online, you need to try before you can be sure and everyone offers free returns, this was unexpected and disappointing. I obviously should have read the policy beforehand, but this just isn't the norm.

The sling is fantastic, it’s replaced my every day carry. Most days I commute on a motorcycle and this bag lets me bring everything I need when it comes to essentials. The quality, craftsmanship and practically of this bag can’t be compared. If you travel, this is a must have for your necessities. Reason for the 4 star is that it doesn’t fit my iPad Pro 12.9. If it fit that iPad. I probably would have have twelve of them.
