So the product so far is good. However, it took more than 10 days to ship it and a little over a month for me to get the product. Even considering that this was international shipping when I order from other online stores in the US it still doesn't take this long (especially not that long just to ship it out). I also paid a good amount for shipping, but I was still required to go pick it up from the post office and the package came ripped and I was really lucky that the package was not damaged.

I found two problems with the bag. The first was the it becomes harder to close the zippers when you place the sunglasses case in the top mesh pocket (where it should be from what I understand). The second issue is that the back will not stand up unless you have a laptop in it to to place weight at the back (even when the bag is basically empty). I read online about the self stand issue and didn't think it would bother me, but when packing the bag from the top it would be nice to for it to actually stand like it should (for example, if I want to open the back up and go get my laptop which is a few steps away, the bag will fall unless I lean it aganst somthing, and I mention again that it is basically empty at that stage).

I woudl have given the bag an over all 4, however, my whole experiance with the shipping was not good at all.

Needed to exchange for diff size. No weekend chat service nor an email I could submit for a response on Monday. No instructions on web site. Finally did a chat session and was told nothing that couldn’t have been on webpage. Shipped back the next day. That was two weeks ago with no confirmation that return was received. Did another chat. Was still in process. Three days later no indication it has shipped. I’ve needed these shorts four times since I ordered. Very disappointing lack of communication and slow to exchange.

I am disappointed by the lack of instructions on how to properly set this watch. I am having trouble get the date and time set.

This backpack (so far) is absolutely amazing. I love all the pockets and places for storage, and the way it zips down for just a day pack when I need it. Super excited to keep traveling with it!

its been a month and still no delivery. took two weeks for the order to be dispatched, even though the site said 3-4 days delays due to high orders. Customer service couldnt advise when it would be shipped until it was. DHL shipping is terrible. very few updates and once the item lands in my country, there are no further updates. Its been a few days since its landed and i can't track the package. i dont know when i'll receive it.
for something that costs a premium price compared to similar products and with premium shipping; the experience has been poor.
i'm afraid if there are issues with the order or defects, as i need to pay for returns and re-delivery. quite unfair.
looking at reviews online on youtube and facebook, it appears that nomatic have changed the design of the bag without updating the site or even informing ht ebuyer post purchase. eg: no more shoe separator.

It was fine. I purchased during a summer rush so it took a while to deliver but I was informed of this ahead of time. The backpack is fine; I will use for the first time next week. I'll know more after I use it.

I got the travel-pack, very happy with the concept and solutions. Unfortunately I got the example where threads were very poor, and unfinished. Not sure how to solve the issue.

I did have an issue with an order I had for their travel backpack, but it was quickly resolved. I've been a big fan of the wallet and I've been using their planner for 2 years now, very great product.

Fulfillment took over a month with very delayed responses from representatives. Pretty frustrating when the initial email said my shipment would be delayed “a few days.” Not ok.
