NEO fence replaced one side of my damaged fence after half of a very large tree fell on it. They even came out twice to give me an estimate because the tree company that removed the remainder of the tree did additional damage to the fence. They worked around my tree removal schedule. The new portion of fence looks good. My only issue is that I had a concern with the new gate. I told the workers about this the day it was installed. They assured me someone would get back to me. I did not hear anything back.

NEO Fence installed 440' of fence for us 21 years ago. They did a great job and it has held up well. But a few months ago a storm brought down a maple tree which destroyed 4 sections. NEO Fence came out promptly and restored the fence to as good if not better than new. We highly recommend them.

We received a quote, hole dug and had the final installation of the fence gate all done in less than two weeks. The price was very reasonable, and all the workmen were very conscientious. Don University Heights

We had a really great experience with NEO Fence. Brian came out for a free quote within the week, and then the fence was constructed about 4-5 weeks after. Communication was great throughout the process, especially with Heather, and the workers were professional and efficient building the fence (2 day process for us). The project was more affordable than the three other companies we reached out to. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend if you are looking to install a fence!

The wood fence looks great and the team installing it, led by Roger, were professional and fast. Only downside was that it took longer to get installed than originally quoted.

Neo fence is a very professional company. I was impressed by their personnel for quotes and scheduling.Their office manager, Heather, is on top of the job schedule and very informative and kind. Their workers are dedicated and knowledgeable. They do it right and are efficient. They may be a little more than another fence company but offer to me better quality material than others. They exceeded all my demands.

We are very happy with our bronze, 5 ft, tight spaced fence. It looks amazing in the backyard and around the patio. Everyone at NEO was easy to work with, did a great job and they got the fence up in a day.

From the estimate to the the day the fence installation was completed was perfect. The salesperson Bruce was easy to work with he was not pushy, listened to what I wanted and explained how things would be done. Both tear down and installation crews were very professional, respectful, and focused. I recommend NEO fence company to do any fencing job you may want/need. An A+ comapany

I have a 5 foot privacy fence that a portion of was slowly being pushed up and out by large oak tree roots. From the Eval by sales rep, Bob, to the crew of Austin and 2 other guys, they pondered several different repair options and pros/cons of each. They completed job yesterday , digging/placing new post and re-alighting the old and it looks great . They were professional and answered all my questions. Fence looks great. They cleaned up work site well. I will absolutely use them again for my next fencing project.

Great experience from beginning to end! Received multiple options to replace my fence from Ron on the sales side and he spent the time to discuss the benefits and challenges to everything I was considering. Additionally, all communication leading up to and during tear down and installation was great.
