You can still produce a lot of lumber with your lm29 as long as you are set up for maximum production and efficiency. We can get 1000-15000 bdft per day with out lm29. Some might call it small scale, its all about what your goals are and how much you want to do!

I started with a competitor's and sold it for the Norwood and there's no comparison between the two. I like the features on my current machine- much easier to use-but realize I will probably upgrade to a hydraulic Norwood at some point.

Our mill (Lumbermate 26) easily paid for itself on the first storage building we built. Then we built a 2 story 1200 square foot hunting camp for $3000, and $2000 of that was cement and steel roofing !! I love going to the lumber yard now, all I buy is nails ! Thank You Norwood !

Has been an awesome experience to be able to make my own lumber. My first project was a timber frame wood shed 12X16 all in fir. Looks awesome. Just need to finish milling some cedar shakes to finish it up. The whole project will come from my logs and my Norwood sawmill. Very satisfying!

I often am worried that my logs are too big for the little mill. And I wish I had more time to use it. You might also consider providing an instructional video for how to create a shelter to put over the mill using wood cut from the mill. In particular, the spacing between posts requires a joint in the beam holding the roof because the opening to get to the mill needs to be bigger than the longest log you can cut on it.
