We've used Notgrass History since their first black and white copies(in the 90's?) With our 13 children. They're easily adaptable to learning styles and the bent of your child. After years of writing or own curriculum(in the early 80's we couldn't even buy ABECKA) I was truly grateful for a high school curriculum we could trust! We're"down to our last two teenagers at home now with the updated curriculum. Prayerfully with your help, well hear," Well done this good and faithful servant.. "

I love the Record of Learning Lifestyle. While it would be more cumbersome with multiple children , it is a wonderful way to put many activities that are not part of formal school work into learning categories.

I am doing Our 50 States with my son this year and he is absolutely loving it. It's the first history curriculum he's actually excited about doing and he really enjoys all the hands on activities. I'm blessed to have it as part of our homeschool curriculum.

I purchased From Adam to Us this past spring. Although we have not used it yet, just by flipping through the books, I could tell that we are going to enjoy using this so much!

We loved Our Star Spangled Story! We spread the lessons out over two years and are just finishing up book two. I couldn't be more pleased with the curriculum. The narrative style lessons made it very easy to read and interesting. We learned about several historical figures I never heard of!
We thoroughly enjoyed the unit activities and the rhythms and rhymes. They were such a fun addition to history.
I highly recommend including the literature. The stories have us a different perspective on historical time periods and grew my son's thirst for reading.
Definitely our favorite history curriculum!

We were almost done with our first year of homeschool when I discovered NotGrass! I ordered 50 States thinking it would be our history program for next year. When it arrived we were so excited that we started right away!! As a prior elementary teacher, I love the lesson questions that follow along with the Atlas activities that bring it all together! We also purchased the bundle that included chapter books which have been a wonderful addition. These are books we most likely wouldn’t have chosen on our own, but just wrapped up the first one Rabbit Hill and loved it! I will be continuing with NotGrass once we wrap up 50 States! Thank you, NotGrass for making learning about the states fun and interesting!!
