I bought the 50 States to do with my two younger boys. 7 and 6. Some days they don’t like to color but they do love the activities and have learned a lot

I am using Our Star Spangled Story with my 1st, 4th and 5th grader. I like the open and go of this curriculum and the easy projects. My kids really like the pictures, workbook activities and again love the projects. So glad we found this!!!

My boys( 8 & 10) have really disliked distance learning and being on the computer. I was hesitant to add more to their plate, but they needed more than what they were getting. Both have loved the 50 States workbook, Atlas & lesson review. They are excited about the material and will even share the fun information, that they learn, with their Dad when he comes home from work!

My children love Notgrass! We are doing the Uncle Sam and You course, and it is the first thing they want to do everyday. They even ask to do two lessons a day... if not more! I sometimes let the children do group work on their assignments. I tried letting them do group work with one of the assignments in this course study... it did not work out well. They had complete melt-downs, because they each wanted to do more work than the other... That's right, they were fighting over who got to do more work! They didn't want to split the work up, because they each wanted to it all! Needless to say, I just let them each do the assignment on their own. They absolutely love this course study, and they are even picking out the next one that they want to do!

So much fun learning about our States. The lessons are short and have simple ideas to dig a little deaper.

Notgrass History books are the most beautiful, well-written textbooks I have ever seen. After discovering them this year, I wished I could go back in time, start homeschooling my kids all over again and purchase every book they offered. I purchased 3 sets this year and I only have two children! I love them so much! I have two undergrad degrees in History and in Education, and a Masters in Curriculum Development. I have created a lot of curriculum over the years so you can trust me when I say these are absolutely fantastic! :-)

There was a mixup with my order, but I’m giving 5 stars because it was very easy to make contact and things were corrected immediately. Great customer service. We are enjoying the curriculum as a family.

This is our first time using Notgrass. My 2 high schoolers are using the Exploring Government and are doing great. We love the independence it provides and the simple layout of the program.

Content is not inclusive and is a very one sided view (white man) of history. I really like the layout and the timeline but very disappointed in the content.
