I am homeschooling our 5 kids (ages 4-9). I was on the hunt for a history program that would be good for all my kids at the same time, because who are we kidding- I don't want to have to teach history individually! I also wanted to start with American history (t seems like a lot of history programs start with ancient history). Notgrass has been wonderful! The older kids love listening to the reading while working on their workbook and the youngers will play while I read. Even though they are to young to participate in the work book, I know they are hearing the information! We are excited to travel and see some of the areas we are reading about! In fact, we were at the American History Museum in Washington DC yesterday and we were able to pull some of the info we've learned from the history program to understand the exhibits better! Thank you!!!

I highly recommend Notgrass! Mr. Notgrass was a pleasure to work with, he cares about his product and his customers, and it shows. We have only just started using the curriculum, but already my kids love it. They look forward to it every day!

I absolutely love Notgrass! I purchased America the Beautiful set with literature, plus extra workbooks for a second child. I love the beautifully illustrated books. The photographs are outstanding. I love the combined literature books as well. They really help bring perspective to what is happening during that particular time period. The books are easy to follow, and the activities are very doable for multiple age groups at one time. We will definitely be buying again.

Notgrass History has made a HUGE difference I. Our homeschool. High School history doesn’t have to be painful and Notgrass makes it fun to learn history! My students love that they can pick and choose the projects that they feel most comfortable with and they love the variety of reading topics!! This has been by far the most affordable and easily adaptable curriculum I’ve purchased in my 12 years of homeschooling!

Customer service is beyond amazing (prompt and courteous), and my kids tell me they now LOVE history! I have always loved history myself, but we were getting bogged down with our old curriculum. Notgrass history is fascinating to read and we love the variety of assignments to go along with it all. Best part of it all, is knowing my children are learning history with a Christian world view that aligns with our beliefs.

My daughter had a love hate relationship with history. Our evaluator suggested that we give this a try and my daughter fell in love with history and loves doing her lessons everyday.
