Coolest bead ever! The wings are hinged and can gently rest on a bead on either side, adding an amazing dimension to my bracelet designs! There is detailing on the back and front of the clock, with the little gears on back, alarm bells on top, and feet on the bottom, exactly as one would expect to see on the real thing! This bead is a creative masterpiece!

Compared to other Ohm beads, this falls on the medium to larger size, and makes a good focal point bead.
I wish the paw prints were larger, so maybe OHM will come out with a Memories in Sand Version 2.0.
As a kid growing up on the Pacific Coast, we often took our dogs to the beach , then when leaving my dad would pack us into the FAR back of his 1964 Plymouth Fury station wagon (fond memories of wet dog smell, gritty sand, soaked pant legs, and lots of smiles.) We were a mess! I smile every time I wear that bead.

Printed copy of the years releases. I love having the physical catalogue, I carry it round in my bag like a talisman full of dreams and plot my next bead purchase on the bus. It’s one tiny square dream fest for me. Please bring back the old catalogues I would love to have some of the discontinued years.
