Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand the inconvenience caused by the situation you experienced. During our Black Friday sale, in an effort to cater to our diverse global customer base across different time zones, we implemented a daily stock reallocation process. This was aimed at ensuring fairness in providing everyone with an opportunity to purchase items that had limited availability. We communicated this strategy to our customers via email in advance, aiming to notify and prepare them for potential inventory changes. As part of this daily reallocation, certain items were reserved and then released incrementally to accommodate varying shopping scenarios. Consequently, you might have noticed fluctuations in the availability of the specific items you were interested in over the course of a few days. Our system is designed to highlight low-stock items, which likely contributed to the inventory changes you observed. We sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this may have caused during your shopping experience. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we appreciate your understanding as we continually strive to enhance our processes and ensure a more seamless shopping experience for all our customers.
